One morning, one map, the whole community.
I live here in Stonewater, and I'm putting this together for our neighborhood. Every section is included: Piazza, Bali, Terrazo, Terracotta, Verzino, and the Townes. It's free to sell and free to shop.
I'm covering the advertising, printed neighborhood maps, and directional signs at each entrance. All you need to do is sign up, set up your sale at your home, and be ready Saturday morning. I'll drop a stack of printed maps at every registered home the day before.
Sign-ups closed on and the map is set. Missed it? You can still put things out and sell on the day; the printed map just won't include your address. Want in next year? Call or text me at (984) 217-5537.
Every participating home will have a stack of free printed maps showing all the sale addresses, so grab one at your first stop and plan your route from there. Some sellers may take Venmo, but bringing a little cash is always a good idea.
Coming from outside the neighborhood? Set your GPS to the Stonewater Clubhouse at 410 Sandy Whispers Pl. That puts you right in the middle of the community.
To keep traffic moving, please park on one side of the street only. The sale wraps up at 1 PM.
Thirty homes made the final map, and the list is strong: an arcade basketball game, a foosball table, a French antique wash stand and pendant lights, a vintage Bachmann train set, a desktop PC, a kid-sized electric car, TVs, power tools, golf and hockey gear, fishing gear, an elliptical and a walking treadmill, an office desk, mountains of kids' clothes and toys, and at least one lemonade stand run by management under age ten.
The printed map on sale morning shows you which driveway has what.
Every pine marker is a home that took part in the 2026 sale. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
No. Anyone in Stonewater can set up and sell that day. Sign-ups for the map closed on September 27; registered homes are on the printed map and get a stack of maps dropped off the day before.
Nothing.
Rain date is Saturday, October 10. I'll make the call by 6 PM Friday and post it everywhere at once.
Every participating home will have a stack of free printed maps; grab one at your first stop. Registered sellers get their copies dropped off the day before.
Please do. That's the whole point.
All of it: Piazza, Bali, Terrazo, Terracotta, Verzino, and the Townes.
By 7:00, not 7:30. The first cars roll in around 6:45.
I'm organizing a community donation drive with a local thrift store for anything that didn't sell. Details are going out by email to everyone who signed up.
I'm Tyler, and I live right here in Stonewater, over on Desert Harbor Place. I'm also a local Realtor with Navigate Realty. I wanted to organize something simple for our neighborhood: something that gets people outside, helps us meet a few more neighbors, and hopefully becomes a Stonewater tradition.

A short email, once in a while: what's moving in the market, what's opening around town, and where to eat this weekend.
